- Transport occurs subject
to CMR conditions, which means that only limited cover is provided
in the event of an accident or calamity. We recommend you take
out an additional insurance. We will gladly provide you with
more information in this regard.
- Marcel Jordan Horse Transport
cannot be held liable in the event of any delays caused by
traffic jams, accidents, material problems and the resulting
consequences for any air freight, competitions, boat connections
and other time-sensitive engagements.
- The customer will bear
any additional costs incurred en route that are necessary for
the well-being of the horse such as extra stabling or a veterinary
surgeon.
- If there are any special
circumstances of whatever nature relating to the horse (such
as medication requirements or difficulty being in the vicinity
of people that could pose a threat to man and/or animal), the
customer is obliged to report this before transport commences.
- If a quotation is given
for collective transport and one or more cancellations occur,
Marcel Jordan Horse Transport can decide to schedule the transport
for a later date.
- In the event of cancellations,
a solution will be sought that is proportional to the actual
costs incurred up until then and that arise from the cancellation.
- The specified carriage
charges exclude VAT.
- A passport must be present
when loading the horses that have to be transported. Any costs
arising from the absence of a passport will be borne by the
customer.
- Horses are transported
at the owner’s risk.
